Raymond is one of the co-founders and managing partners of Pinnacle. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with an accounting degree and has been in the business of marketing and developing insurance products for over 30 years. His interests outside the office include golf, cooking and wine.
Lindsay is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Temple University and is a co-founder and managing partner of Pinnacle. He has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry and employee benefit administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and enjoys golf, running, film and theater.
Andy has over 23 years experience in the insurance business, focusing on life and annuities, actively working with individuals, small business owners and retirees. A Clemson graduate, he enjoys college football, camping, hunting and fishing. He actively volunteers as a board member of his children’s high school band boosters.
Phil has been a licensed Life, Health, and Medicare Supplement agent for over 20 years. He was also a high school and college coach for 37 years. Phil’s after work hobbies include riding his motorcycle, taking care of his wife’s ’67 VW Bug, and spending time with his grand children who know him as “papa-coach.”
Kevin is a licensed agent with over 22 years of selling in the life and health industry. He has experience with face to face, phone and web sales and wants to help agents reach their full potential. Kevin likes sports, reading, and cooking, especially if there is a grill involved.
Brandon is a graduate of Winston Salem State University and began a career in insurance to help members of his community. He hopes to use his knowledge and experience to help train and motivate other agents. Brandon enjoys reading, fitness and nature in his free time.
Sales Development Director
Richard leads the Agent Advisor team after previously serving in that role for 6 years. He works with the Agent Advisors and Pinnacle’s Carrier Partners to deliver top notch training, information and sales resources to agents in order to help them maximize their sales efforts. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Richard was an independent agent focusing on the Senior Market. He is a licensed agent and likes to relax by playing the guitar and piano, biking and golfing.
Senior VP – Marketing Administration
Mike has over 25 years of experience in sales and management experience. He is a former Marine Corps officer and holds an MBA degree from UNC Greensboro. He is a licensed agent and oversees Marketing Communications and Compliance. Mike enjoys reading, music, history, politics and watching the Carolina Panthers.
Director of Agent Administration
Nancy has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She manages PBG’s agent contracts and commissions. She has Med Supp, LTC and Health license. Nancy enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, Little League baseball, the Dallas Cowboys and volunteering in her community.
For over 20 years Violet has been working in the customer service industry. For Pinnacle, she provides sales support to agents and works as a liaison between agents and carriers. She has licenses for Life, Health, Med Supp and Long-Term Care. Violet’s interests include cross-stitching and reading.
Sheila has 20+ years of experience. A graduate of King’s College, she has Life, Health, Property & Casualty licenses. Sheila is a liaison between agents and carriers. She is a volunteer in her community and enjoys crafts, swimming, tennis, photography and training her 3 rescue dogs.
Dawn has worked at PBG for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include agent administration, new business coordination and lead administration. She’s also PBG’s receptionist, handling incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to our office. Dawn enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time outdoors.
IT Operations Manager
Greg provides IT support and maintenance for Pinnacle’s computer networks and phone systems. As a graduate of Appalachian State University with 10+ years experience in systems administration, he enjoys staying up-to-date with technology, video games and movies.
Corporate Service Coordinator
Joy’s duties include supply order fulfillment, coordinating mail/shipping and managing inventory for Pinnacle. Joy enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, gaming and college football in her spare time.
Communications, Graphic Design
Jane has 15+ years of experience in graphic and visual communication. In addition to maintaining Pinnacle’s websites, she is responsible for design related to the company’s print and web advertising. Jane graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL and enjoys painting, swimming, tennis, landscaping and family time.
